INGREDIENT FACTS

Several of our products contain organic agave syrup, which is made from organically grown agave plants.

Some of our products contain flavors which include of a small amount of ethyl alcohol as a carrier. The amount of ethanol in these products is so small that there is no physiological impact. There is no gluten in the alcohol.

The cocoa in our products can be processed with alkali. This processing is done with potassium carbonate in order to lighten the color of the cocoa.

None of our products contain artificial colors, either as direct ingredients or sub-ingredients.

None of our products contain artificial flavors, either as direct ingredients or sub- ingredients.

None of our products contain artificial sweeteners, either as direct ingredients or sub-ingredients.

None of our products contain the food preservative, BHA, either as direct ingredients or sub-ingredients.

None of our products contain the food preservative, BHT, either as direct ingredients or sub-ingredients.

Some of our products contain carrageenan, a thickening agent that is extracted from seaweed. All of the carrageenan we use is undegraded or nondegraded which has been proven to not cause any adverse health effects.

Casein is a milk derivative and none of our products contain casein in any form.

Cholesterol only comes from animal derived products, which none of our products contain, therefore our products contain zero cholesterol.

Some of the flavors used in our products contain ethanol derived from corn, as a carrier. There is no corn protein in this ethanol.

The dextrose in our products is derived from tapioca, a starch from the cassava plant.

None of our products contain eggs or egg constituents.

Some of our products contain erythritol, a natural sugar alcohol. In those products that contain erythritol, it is at a level that will not act as a diuretic.

All of our coconut based products are Non-GMO certified by the NonGmo Project. For more information, go to www.NonGMOProject.org. All of our other products are internally verified to be GMO free.

None of our products contain lactose, a milk derived sugar.

Our wafers and chocolate coatings contain soy lecithin as an emulsifier.

The cultures in our yogurt and cultured coconut milk beverage are grown on non-dairy, soy and coconut substrates.

None of our products contain milk or milk derivatives.

Monk Fruit (also called Luo Han Melon) is grown in mountainous regions of Asia and has been used in traditional Asian medicine as a sugar substitute for diabetics and to treat constipation and heat stroke induced aphonia and chronic cough. The intense sweetness of the fruit comes from a compound called Mogroside V. Mogroside V is roughly 150 times as sweet as table sugar depending on the application. Mogroside V is extracted from the fruit via hot water extraction followed by spray drying. There is no use of chemicals or solvents other than water. Mogroside V can be added to foods on a parts per million basis to replace some or all of the sugar that might otherwise be added to the food. The Monk Fruit extract used in So Delicious products is produced in a facility that has kosher, ISO22000 and HACCP certification and is tested to ensure that the product meets all specifications to ensure there is no contamination or adulteration.

None of our products contain MSG, yeast, yeast extract, or autolyzed yeast.

The natural flavors in our products are flavor analogs that come from botanicals and extracts from natural sources. Care is taken to utilize components from the original substrate when possible.

The pectin in our products is derived from citrus peel.

None of our products contain the food preservative, TBHQ, either as direct ingredients or sub- ingredients.

A naturally occurring mineral that is ground and approved for food. A small amount of titanium dioxide is in our So Delicious™ Coconut Milk Creamers so that they impart a color change when added to coffee. The titanium dioxide content in our creamers is approximately half the level permitted by the FDA which allows for only 1% by weight in foods. Titanium dioxide is not carcinogenic when ingested.
